Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Actively sourcing candidates using various tools and channels (LinkedIn, industry portals, databases, job boards).
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for teams in Poland and abroad in areas such as engineering, sales, marketing, IT, product, and business.
• Developing creative and effective recruitment strategies - improving and optimizing recruitment processes.
• Supporting candidates at every stage of recruitment: from offering positions to providing feedback and handling negotiations.
• Maintaining ongoing contact with and supporting Hiring Managers on the client side, as well as keeping them informed about the current market situation. Our relationships are based on partnership and mutual trust.
• Training and mentoring - Supporting new members of the recruitment team.
• Updating candidate information in the ATS database.
• Continuously acquiring and updating recruitment knowledge.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with trusted candidates.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Knowledge of the job market in the field of technology
• Understanding the technical aspects of IT roles and appropriately matching candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to recruitment and the ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
• Experience working with talent management tools (ATS)
• Ability to work in a team
• Independence and proactive approach to work
• Good command of English, allowing for fluent communication (min. B2 level)
