M365 Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Teams, including compliance recording settings, ensuring consistent functionality.
• Guarantee that Teams configuration meets organizational objectives and adheres to compliance standards.
• Administer SharePoint Online, covering general maintenance, security protocols, and performance optimization.
• Configure and manage site collections, user permissions, and workflow automation within SharePoint Online.
• Operate and support Luware and Verint recording solutions, ensuring effective integration with Microsoft Teams.
• Uphold compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
• Conduct first-line risk management activities, including analyzing vulnerability reports and managing identity access.
• Review and assess SOC2 reports to ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.
• Offer technical guidance and support to IT, facilities, and other departments for Microsoft 365 services.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services efficiently.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support to end-users and team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, specializing in Microsoft 365 services.
• Prior experience in a regulated, enterprise-level organization (highly preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, with a focus on Teams Compliance recording.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online administration and management.
• Hands-on experience with Luware and Verint recording tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
