At Develocraft we’re looking for a Scrum Master to join an agile, cross-functional setup in an international project. If you know how to facilitate collaboration, empower teams, and promote Agile values — this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinate events such as PI Planning
Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices (Scrum & SAFe)
Identify and remove obstacles to ensure team velocity
Foster transparency, feedback culture, and cross-team collaboration
Actively support the adoption of SAFe across the cluster

Qualifications:

5+ experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
Deep understanding of Scrum ceremonies and Agile frameworks
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office
Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
Clarity for project and time tracking
Familiarity with SAFe is a strong plus
Fluent English
