Responsibilities:

• 50% of time as a Development Team Leader and 50% as a Software Developer,
• Collecting and analyzing business requirements and transforming them into innovative application solutions,
• Drive timely, high-quality product delivery throughout the application lifecycle,
• Establishing processes and best practices for development standards, version control, quality control, deployment, maintenance, and change management,
• Developing frameworks and tools for processing and analyzing large amounts of data for analysis,
• Collaborating with other developers, designers, stakeholders, and internal customers,
• Mentoring team members, promoting knowledge sharing across product development teams.

• CoE: 24,000 - 29,000 PLN gross per month
