Responsibilities:

• Managing an in-house team of SAP Basis consultants.
• Nurturing the professional growth of team members.
• Orchestrating the team's workflow.
• Setting and overseeing personal development targets and corporate objectives, as well as conducting individual performance assessments and feedback sessions.
• Offering support to team members and cultivating their commitment.
• Analyzing and presenting monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Providing guidance to the team in their daily duties to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with clients and functional leaders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of practical experience in SAP Basis, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required, and fluency in German is seen as a valuable advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, coupled with a strong inclination towards collaboration.
• Advanced comprehension of SAP solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to meet the company's objectives.
